About Me

When we meet, there are many different ways we can use our time. I prefer to collaborate with you to figure out what works best for you in our sessions.

In my clinical practice, I have supported those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, as well as relational and family difficulties. My clients have also worked on processing their foster care and adoption journeys, understanding the complexities of their sexuality, exploring their spirituality, and seeking to gain clarity on the nuances of gender. As shared above, there are many different approaches we can take depending on your preferences.

A little about me, personally: I am a recent transplant to Western North Carolina, originally from the metro-Atlanta area. In 2021, I took the leap to follow my heart and move closer to the natural beauty and culture of the Appalachians. Since then, I have been exploring the area, connecting with different communities, and offering counseling services. When I am not working, I can be found hanging out with my family (my partner and 2 furbabies), spending entirely too much time crafting, going to thrift stores, or getting cozy with a book or movie.

I look forward to connecting with you and if you have any questions for me, please feel free to reach out.

Warmly,

Christina
